Scuba dry suits can be outfitted with a valve called a “P-Valve” as a way to release urine outside of the suit (of course, urinating on one’s self is always an undesirable experience…)
P-Valves connect with tubing to a male external catheter (also known as a condom catheter), with a hole in the tip that connects to the tubing and releases through the P-Valve. This tubing connects to the suit’s installed P-Valve that allows for urine release.
It seems the most popular (or requested) male external catheters I know about for this use is the Rochester Pop-On Catheter, but any male catheter that can work with the tubing would probably serve the purpose.
There’s a design for women as well, known as the She-P Valve, but I don’t know much about its performance.
