Product Recall: Coloplast Cysto-Care Irrigation Trays
A product from Coloplast was found to be affected by the recent TRIAD Lubricating Jelly Recall from December 2010.
The affected Cysto-Care trays are: MNUT1001, MNUT1002, UT7010, UT7015, UT7030, UT7035, UT8140, UT8145, UT8150, UT8155.
All other components of the Cysto-Care trays (including the catheter) are not affected by this recall. The recall only affects the TRIAD alcohol prep pads and/or lubricant packs included in the tray.
We have taken action to contact all recent customer who we believe may have purchased from these affected lots. However, if you have purchased any Cysto-Care products from us, please cease use and contact us so we may assist you. As such, while we have left this product on our Website with the recall notice, we will not be shipping this item until the recall is alleviated.

While we're all pretty friendly here, there's something to be said about sitting elbow-to-elbow every day! Our old building was bursting at the seams with inventory, offices, and staff.
So over the past few months, we have been quietly and carefully migrating our offices to a nearby, more modern facility about 15 minutes away from the Kirkwood location. And as of today, January 31st, 2011, we are open and fully operational in Fenton, MO.

Why did you move?
To serve you better! Seeking out the ideal location was a very important decision not taken lightly; our new facility gives us the space we need to continue growing, provide new products, and helps us manage our existing business better.
We understand that some of our most loyal, long-time customers in Kirkwood may find this less convenient. But we are also pretty sure you'll be quite pleased with the changes we've made. Here is what's new:
1) More Spacious Parking - Let's face it, the old parking lot was kind of a mess. The lanes were narrow and sharp corners make it difficult to maneuver a car. It was so close to the intersection of Lindbergh and Manchester making a left turn was dangerous, and at worst impossible. Our new lot accommodates everyone safely and conveniently with over 24 spaces on a low-traffic road.
2) More Focus on Service - Our new store is built with individualized care in mind. You can expect the same friendly service staff and nurses you know. Our reputation is to provide personal service to every customer, and we have decades of experience in providing specialized care our customers' home care needs.
3) Lower Prices on Many Products - Our retail catalog matches our online catalog for all cash-and-carry sales. This means up to 30% less on many of your favorite items.
4) Fully Stocked Warehouse - We have centralized our inventory in our new warehouse with about 4x the space as our previous location. Our entire stock, whether online or in person, is available on premise.
I purchase my supplies online. What has changed for Online Customers?
Nothing has changed! In fact, if you have ordered online since September, the chances are your order was shipped out from our new location. If you have or plan on ordering online at stlmedical.com, there is, and will be, absolutely no affect on your order.
Product Recall: TRIAD Lubricating Jelly and Alcohol Swabsticks
Dear Customers,
Today we were informed of a product recall on TRIAD Lubricating Jelly, our store item numbers: DP10-8500 and M9TRI10-8344.
We have ceased selling this product at this time. If you use TRIAD lubricating jelly, please read the following notice (which has also been added to each of these product pages):
RECALL NOTICE: This product was recalled by the manufacturer on December 22, 2010 due to FDA concerns about the gamma radiation sterilization cycle used in production. This recall extends to all tubes and packets of Triad Sterile Lubricating Jelly within their expiration date of 3 years and includes all lot numbers beginning with the digits 7,8,9, or 0. Triad began shipping the lots of this product subject to recall on January 2007.
We are currently working to make contact with every customer who has purchased this recalled product from STL Medical Supply. If you have purchased this item from us, please do not continue to use it and contact us so we may assist you.
As such, STL Medical Supply has immediately ceased shipping of TRIAD Lubricating Jelly until further notice. If you require a sterile lubricant, we recommend Reliamed Sterile Lubricant as an alternative option.
An additional TRIAD Recall
Also, please be informed that as of today, January 6th, 2011, TRIAD has also issued a recall on all of their alcohol swabsticks and prep-pads, marked both STERILE and NON-STERILE. This was a voluntary recall by TRIAD due to possible bacterial contamination. This recall also affects multiple private label brands you may be using. For more information about this recall, please see the FDA Press Release issued this morning.
